they at atleast looking at your petition...i am NOV 8 filer...i requested for "service request" but they told me that i'm still under processing time frame...which is ridiculous...hang in there...all we could do is wait..

GOOD LUCK.

My attorney put in the service request form and I got a letter stating to make a infopass at the local office which I did this morning and it will be this afternoon

It took 8 months for me to finally get the NOA2. I got stuck an additional 3 months for extended background checks and then paper work got sent to NBC for a standard interview. I had contacted my senator and within 2 days he found out what was going on with my husbands petition and had an interview date for me at the local office. In my opinion, it really pays off to get your Senator involved!

I got a letter this week stating to make an infopass at the local office my attorney told me it wasn't necessary but I finally got through this morning and my appt is scheduled for today at 12:45

When I screamed about the Caucasus region not being approved and Pakistan and other countries with 60 days later priority dates.

I was approved in 3 hours.. I faxed 40 plus copies of later priority dates and only 2 were from Albania and United Kingdom.. The rest were all middle east, etc....

who did you fax that info too? your congressman? wish i seen this earlier i would of done the same thing..im noticing the same thing with the middle east ..so i better not get the standard answer background checks for usa saftey...

I hope so Marjuis's girl. That was the first question I asked when I called them. I asked them if there was and RFE send out that I might have missed in the mail and they said no.

Keep the faith.

I sent my 4th e-mail out today asking them again to please pull my file and check to see why nothing has been done todate. I may get the same reply, but I am not giving up.

I just will not accept the answer that I have waited 6 months and wait six more months to inquire if we made any progress. I can not even believe they are allowed to send out a response like that.

We are strong. We are important. We will be with our loved ones soon.

This afternoon, I visited the local office at first she was a bit rude in the beginning but after waiting an hour and half she tells me that she can tell me much but what she could tell me was that one of the officer was working on my case and that I should be recieving something in the mail "very soon". I was a bit surprised because I had called USCIS and they had told me my case was back at the service center and in fact it was at the local office. So I asked her if the letter was for an interview since I assumed that if your case is at the local office you get an interview she said No. So I then told her so the letter is for the approval or denial and she said with a smile more then likely your approved....but of course I wont be happy till i see my the approval letter.
