Based on how they calculate, it moved by 2 weeks. It moves to the 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd.

The Bulletin is early this month. I guess because they knew what the dates would be i.e. 1-2 weeks for us. At this current rate of movement its going to take a few years before I become current again.I think the time has come folks for you to get on with your lives instead of waiting for these monthly bulletins only to be disappointed. Your time will come when it is the right time for you.

The bulletin is very uncertain. The last time I decided to stop looking, it jumped forward by almost 2 years and I became current.

Today i got this email from usembassy Islamabad

Dear Sir/Madam,

Our records indicate that the priority date of your case is not current due to retrogression in your visa category. Currently, for the F2B category we are processing the cases filed before 15-Jul-2003. You are therefore requested to check you priority dates by visiting our website http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/bul...etin_1770.html every month. You are also requested to write us, when your priority date gets current. Also, our record indicates that, your case requires additional administrative processing. We will notify you when the review is complete, as it may take several months to complete. If you have not heard from us in six months, you should contact the Embassy to ensure that everything is okay in your case. It is your responsibility to keep the Embassy updated of any address or phone number changes for you, and to contact us every six months to ensure that your case is moving forward.

There is no hope in f2b, let these first 2 quarters pass away. I think from 3rd quarter on wards or from april bulletin, dates will grab some speed. Never Expect speed in early quarters of FY, it is apparent by analyzing the past decade's bulletins.

Dude, 15 to 17 days movement has no worth to consider as a positive one ....

F2B has to compensate a lot and there is no positive sign has been seen yet for future possibilities like F1 where 2007 cases start getting COA right after retrogression and its moving ahead with 1 or 1.5 to 2 months speed which is quite good, but f2b is goin to suck for a while.

I am f2b but i have no interest in this one, by the end of next year i will try to convert myself to F1 anyhow. If F2A does well in this year then there is a hope to get unused numbers or facilitates the spillover function which will be damn beneficial for us, lets see wat will happen bcoz since january my all dreams are washed away and i swallowed this poison pill for a while so far, no more harm needed god.

As you know 2 weeks movement last 3 months bulletins we past . my prediction is like that:

on january 2012 visa bulletin will be same as 15 days movement . because it says notifications on october visa bulletin 2011 : VISA AVAILABILITY IN COMING MONHTS ... It says :

Please be advised that the above date ranges are only estimates for the NEXT FEW MONTHS,

FOR NEXT FEW MONTHS means about 3 or 4 months . and on february 2012 visa bulletin everything is will be ok hopefully and thank you very much //// best of luck all f2b people from everywhere .
