I have read replies here and I was just wondering, my PD is Aug. 24, 2004 and I even saw some PD 2005 have their visa numbers or got their interviews. I am really confused. Can anyone help me understand?

hey brothers ! how are you doing hopefully you are good but im so complicated about this visa bulletin in new fiscal year ....

When the new fiscal year begins on October 1, a new supply of visa numbers is available and usually, but not always, brings back the dates to where they were before retrogression.

How come that other PD year 2005 have gotten their interviews and visa numbers? While I checked the VB its 2001?

Until now, I haven't received any letters regarding my petition. Its been 7 years.

my dear ur priority date is not current yet... thats why u dont hear anything from nvc...ur pd is 2005 and nvc processing 22MAR01 ....nvc send me agent choice letter 1 year before my pd become current....

Ok they posted it. It moved to July 15, 2003.

I guess it's good that it didn't retrogress further :-/

I have just found this forum.

Glad to see there are other people in the same category in a frustrating similar situation. My PD is May 2005 and my case is complete (paid all the money and done all police checks etc) just waiting for our interview. Hopefully the dates will return back to the dates before Retrogression next month.

Also I noticed from today's bulletin that there is a note as follows:

D. VISA AVAILABILITY IN THE COMING MONTHS

FAMILY-SPONSORED CATEGORIES

Worldwide dates:

F1: three to six weeks

F2A:three to six weeks

F2B:one to two weeks

F3: one to two weeks

F4: up to one month

Please be advised that the above date ranges are only estimates for the next few months, and are subject to fluctuations in demand.

Does anyone know what this means?

Good catch msevey... I've never seen that on a bulletin before. I suppose they're expecting the priority dates being processed to move forward within those ranges...
