Hey guys,

am a new member to this discussion board and there is something am suggesting. I just started a petition on the White House petitions site, http://wh.gov/yKK and it requires 25000 signatures by 10th June 2012. This is in connection to the Reuniting Families Act. If members of this board can spare a minute of their time and drop a signature and spread this to other friends on your mailing list, facebook and twitter, I believe we can reach this mark and who knows?it might be the end of the long waits that people experience as they petition for their loved ones. Please join me in this course and see how far we can go.

Dude, 15 to 17 days movement has no worth to consider as a positive one ....

F2B has to compensate a lot and there is no positive sign has been seen yet for future possibilities like F1 where 2007 cases start getting COA right after retrogression and its moving ahead with 1 or 1.5 to 2 months speed which is quite good, but f2b is goin to suck for a while.

I am f2b but i have no interest in this one, by the end of next year i will try to convert myself to F1 anyhow. If F2A does well in this year then there is a hope to get unused numbers or facilitates the spillover function which will be damn beneficial for us, lets see wat will happen bcoz since january my all dreams are washed away and i swallowed this poison pill for a while so far, no more harm needed god.

i am from f1 forum but i have two questions for you and you may help.

frist did you know the most advance pd in f2b category whose got coa ds-230 and aos papers?

second if the annual limit for f1 is 23400 visa and one principal applicant have two derivative then they count three visa of 23400 or one visa only?

thanks

Sorry, but no update yet regarding the latest COA's in F2b, we might be see some cases but not in this year for sure. FY 2013 will grab some speed. Its just a time, let it go for a while sit back and rest and just wait and watch.

Yes, 23400 are the numbers which have been reserved for a year. when a main applicant gt the number then obviously derivatives contributes in that too. In above given situation, yes all three numbers have been deducted out of total. That's why F3 category is the most slowest one among all, bcoz there are lot of derivatives join the main applicant including spouse for sure and sometimes children too.

I hope this might help your query.

Good luck to all ..... cheers ;)

its ok. I think your turn will come on FY-2013 brother . So My time time may will come on first bulletin of FY-2013... I think like that . God bless all of us brother . time will come . pray. amin.

Yes i agree. As long as they keep this up im satisfied. I rather see steady advances than BIG ones then be disappointed by a huge retrogression

Im under F2b guys .... but my pd is faaar away .... 17 Dec 08

moreover, im more interested in F1 rather than waiting long in F2b ....

good luck to all of us and cheers B-) B-)

so did you manage to upgrade to f1?

Not yet, in sept this year my father gonna apply for citizenship. If all goes well then he could gain the citizenship successfully, only then i could convert my category from f2b to f1. I little exercise to do ......
