Well.. good you had an interview.. You're on hold makes sense and you are likely on hold for another 6-9 months.

i think so too... if i were you.. i'd keep an eye out for when the PD becomes current.. you will not get a visa before then i'm sure you've been told before. The embassy might become backed up if there's a jump and might not get to you ontime.. only to have the dates changed - for the worst.

I am in the same boat... I had my interview in early March, but was affected by the retrogression. My priority date is 27Jan2005. F2B hasn't moved since january ( ) but my lawyer thinks the retrogression will end in October (new fiscal year).

everbody says on october 1 2011 (new fiscal year) your number will be current . what do you think ? share your experiences plesa.

I'm f2b with PD 11FEB2005 case completed in feb of this year. Been waiting since then. I really hope come Oct it jumps back to where it was before retrogression. Does anybody know of any instance where f2b retrogressed before?

On december visa bulletin 2010 it was 01JUN05 and than retrogressed to 15APR2003 on january

Yes it is strange. After be stuck at one date for almost the entire fiscal year I pray it goes back to where it was pre retrogression. Let's hang in there. The wait will be over soon
