i think its best & safe to email both ST. Lukes & USEM to make sure its okey for you to have your medical there. its alot of money to waste incase USEM wont honor it.

FROM St. Lukes Extension Clinic: (straight from the horse's mouth)

St. Luke's Extension Clinic (SLEC) is the only accredited medical screening facility by the US Embassy. We are located at 1177 J. Bocobo St. Ermita, Manila. We are open Monday to Friday (except Philippine holidays) from 6:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. on a first come -first served basis (no appointment is needed).

The following are needed during the medical examination:

Valid passport

Photocopy of Passport Biographic/Data Page, the page in the passport that contains the applicant's photo and information

Appointment letter or Instruction Letter

Four (4) pieces of 2x2 visa photos

Old chest x-ray film taken 3 months ago or longer (if available)

Immunization record (if available)

If you don't have the appointment letter, it is your discretion to have the medical examination without the appointment letter, for as long as you know your case number and visa preference category.

The cost of the medical examination is $213.35 for ages 15 and above and $185.35 for ages 14 and below. These fees must be paid in Philippine peso at the prevailing exchange rate at the U.S. Embassy. Today's exchange rate is pegged at P 43.00 per dollar. Credit cards and cheque are not acceptable for payments.

For other information and requirements kindly visit our website at <http://www.slec.ph/>www.slec.ph

Thank you.

Huh???

I'm not sure of the point you are trying to make. Your post says the same thing as mine: St. Lukes Medical Center Extension Clinic at 1177 J. Bocobo Street in Ermita, Manila is the only place medical exams are done for the U.S. Embassy Manila.

Medicals for the U.S. Embassy are not done at St. Lukes Medical Center in Quezon City. They are not done at the new St. Lukes in Bonafacio Global City, and they are not done at any St. Lukes in Mindanao.

If you have a link that says otherwise, I would appreciate it if you posted it.
