Today is my birthday & I got the greatest gift! :dance: We received an email notification that our K1 is already approved - yahooo! (official date is May 17 PST). My fiancee & I were skyping when all of a sudden he stopped & check his phone. It took awhile to really sink in but I could not ask for anything more for my birthday. I was pretty surprised it only took a little over 3mos since we filed.

I wish everyone receive some great news in the near future! Thanks to all the help I got here in VJ! :star:

02-09-2011 > NOA1 email & SMS notification

02-12-2011 > NOA1 hardcopy received via mail (official date on NOA1 is 02-07-11)

05-17-2011 > NOA2 email & SMS notification (approved in 99 days from NOA1 date)

06-06-2011 > Got MNL case number

06-08-2011 > Paid Visa fee @ BPI bank (scheduled interview appointment online the same day)

13-09-2011 1st checklist

17-09-2011 2nd checklist with different request

20-09-2011 sent out the checklist requested

28-09-2011 CC for my case

01-10-2011 Received P4 for interview date on November 22

05-10-2011 CC for my son's case

08-10-2011 received P4 for son's case

It was my fiance's birthday and he was visiting me here, when we got our NOA2, so we pretty much know how you feel :dance::dance::dance:

12-14-2011 - Card mailed to our address
