DS3032 is not generated...

u can send it in if you have ur case #

i asked them if they generated a ds 3032 bill yet and they said no. BTW seeing as you are a fellow india petitioner, do you know how the mailing system works, cause i belive i gave CIS the wrong pin code but right address, and since they have towns without recognizable pin codes, i guess the address will just work?.

once u give emails in ur DS3032 form all the paperwork will be done through email...

no the town my wife is from, i put the right address but wrong town zip code when i filled out the i-130. dunno if that will be a problem, but in the ds 230 i filled out the right zip address.
