I see in the instructions it shows a PO box address for Vermont is there an address to use FedEx .

hey tomcat! we just sent off our ROC packet today, and while we was at my local Post Office, was talking to the post office lady about the 2 different lines on there - one for Lower Welden St and the other for PO BOX 200, and she send that they send it to the PO Box, and that the Po Box is located at Lower Welden St.

So, we sent it via Express Post (guarantee delivery by 3pm tomorrow) with Signature required AND written confirmation of delivery mailed to me - total cost me $30 !!

IMO i think your best to go through USPS *just in case* because FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes.

03/17/17... Received emails from NVC for next steps!

03/21/17... Went online to Choose an Agent

03/28/17... Received emails from NVC confirming Agent selection and to proceed with the next step (paying fees!)

04/05/17... Paid the $120 Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee online today (Also eligible to pay the $325 Fee but will wait before doing so...)

April-August... Took a break from the process in order to move back from USVI to mainland USA.

08/07/17... Paid the IV Fees for both my parents ($325 each) today

08/23/17... Called NVC because payment still showing "In Process", was advised to email proof of payment to have them manually correct it

08/24/17... CEAC website shows "Paid" and can now have parents' DS-260 forms filled in.

I went to UPS and they would deliver to PO Box because of the street name in the address but it was twice the cost of USPS for half the weight of my package. So I went with USPS too. Just to give you estimates, UPS next day for 2lbs package was around $60. My package was rounded to 4lbs when I sent via USPS.

We've always used USPS priority mailing with delivery confirmation throughout the entire process, everything arrived at USCIS within 2 business days, safe and sound, couldn't be any happier with USPS.

Send it by USPS Priority Mail for $4.95. You'll get delivery confirmation.

Agreed. You can't beat the USPS Priority Mail service for the price and efficiency.

Ditto. Don't waste your money on FedEx Overnight. Since Vermont is so backed-up it doesn't really matter if your case takes 208 days instead of 210 days.

The law of diminishing returns applies, IMHO it is not worth to pay 600% to get your case started 1% faster: It is still a long time!
