Agree that it's only 1 RFE with 2 separate items so you should send the info all together. It MIGHT be okay if you didn't but why risk it?

I too had the same exact question and was not sure if RFE's come in multiples or singles or what.


I would hope that my single RFE covers all the evidence needed with our case. Hopefully they do not discover something else that could have been discovered at the same stage. It's pretty straightforward, and it was my mistake to include the legible birth certificate copy I had (abstraction copy), over the illegible one (my original copy). For whatever reason, I sent in the pretty document instead of the one I should have. Ooops.
