I really don't understand how an Embassy could mail your Beneficiary an out of date DS-230 Part I . According to what I've read before old versions are obsolete ! So keep an eye out for this . I've read of cases where people who have filled out the old versions and later had to revise them with the new version because they were told by the Embassy that they had filled out the wrong form

Sorry, is boxes and boxes of the old forms in the mailroom, these are used for the packet until they are all gone.

To be current, use the form from the state.gov website, then to get other info, use the forms website on the GUZ IV web portal.

We never use any form from them. We simply download current versions from internet.

My fiance was mailed an out of date form too. So much papaer forms.....when will this 'Green Revolution" start?

Anyway, I pulled down the update to date from from the govt. web site too.
