my 3yr old kid needs a sputum test

i think this day has been one of the most devastating day i've had. me and my daughter had an advance medical at St. Lukes my medical went well. my xray was normal,physical,eye exam etc. unfortunately, because my daughter is undergoing treatment for "primary complex" the pedia requested she undergo sputum test, (i don't know how the heck they're gonna do that). She also need to take medications daily at the st.lukes (D.O.T), we are not from Manila so this'll be very costly for us because she needs the treatment for 2 months. We are CC at the NVC and just awaiting for an interview, is it possible that I take the interview first because medical results is only valid for 3months. We have to go back to st.lukes for her tuberculine skin test reading (which will be negative for sure coz she had one 2months ago), and sputum test on May 23-25, have anyone experience this? a sputum test on a 3 year old, primary complex is not even an infectious disease, and what my daughter have is very mild, she's been undergoing treatment for 4 months. St.Lukes said that even if she tested negative on the test we still have to wait for the culture and finish the treatment left. Her xray is clear,im sure her skin test will also be negative. i don't even know what to think anymore, for me this is insane. now, i have to live in Manila rent a freakin apartelle or whatever (w/c by the way pls share any info if anyone knows a good not so expensive apartelle/condotel/transient near St.Lukes. . .
