Hello, everybody!

My husband got interview on May 9, 2011 at HCM, Vietnam. We got white sheet and need to resubmission the timeline and I864a of Joint sponsor.

I dont have enough income to sponsor for my husband, I asked my male cousin, he agreed. But we sort of his wife I864a whose income will be used to sponsor for my husband too. So we have a month until June 6, 2011 to resubmission all the paper of my sis-in-law. I kind of worry that Do I need to resubmission my I864 and my male cousin I864 and all papers like before we sent to NVC like pay tubs, bank statement, employment letter... AGAIN?

I sent my I864 and my cousin I864 around January 14. So it have been 5 month until the resubmission day...? So I dont know should I file and add more 2010 tax?

I should resubmission the day before June 6 or the same day?

And the phone I was requesting the old phone bill with the number my husband calling me, But they took up a month to mail, so I canceled. I only have from 2009. so should I write a letter the reason why we dont have old phone bill????

When we do timeline what we should include to emphasize? My timeline almost come up to 8 pages.. I write clearly about how we know each other, my engagement day and wedding day.

Your post is confusing with too many things just tossed in together.

What exactly did the white slip request? That is what is needed to be submitted.

They just request I864A from my sis-in-law whose income will be used to calculate to sponsor.

So how about my I864?

If all that is requested is the I-864A then just submit that. Be sure to include all the supporting documentation for the 864A as well. No need to wait until June 6. Turn it in as son as you can.

I knew that you can turn in anytime when you ready all. But Vietnamese lady translator told my husband that just come on the day on the paper request. Some people also told me that even you ready dont turn them in, just turn them in the day they want.
