Hello everybody! I kindly ask people on this forum to tell me about Advanced parole. How much time does it take? How many days I can stay out of the USA? I dont want to visit my native country after married with my loved man. However, life is life. May be I will need to get this AP. May be yes. May be no. I dont know now. Does somebody have this experience?

I didn't file for the advanced parole. In my personal opinion it is not necessary and reality proved me right. I had my interview in less than 90 days.

But it is up to you if you want to spend the money on a document you might not need.

See the AP section of the VisaJunrey Immigration Timelines to get an idea of how long I-765 processing is taking.

There is no specified number of days a person with advance(no 'd') parole can be out of the country.
