Does anyone know if TSC is now working on the K-1's? After going to the AILA report for 02-15-06 - they show the I-129's are currently being worked from February 15, 2006.

Hopefully this is a good thing?

BIG NEWS - Found out we are having Identical Twin Girls!! Due on June 22, 2007!!

Second birthday is on the way! At 21 months - both girls can count to 10 in English and Spanish thanks to our babysitter.

06-06-07 - Interview completed and he is set to fly home!

06-26-07 - Abe flies to Houston, TX

07-13-07 - Abe and I are married start our new lives together

04-11-07 - Green Card awarded and Abe can start to work

09-01-07 - Abe starts to school as a draftsman

05-18-08 - Identical girls born 5lbs 4 oz and 5lbs 7 oz. Lily and Delilah have finally arrived

I-751 Filing Time

01-25-09 - Green card set to expire 04-11-09- time to file for removal of condition

03-03-09 - Mailed paperwork for I-751 to Vermont directly - not Texas Service Center

03-05-09 - Checks cashed for Biometrics and application fee

04-17-09 - 11 AM - Biometrics appointment scheduled

Does that mean California is sending the whole stuff back to Texas that they were doing for them the past months? That would speed up California.

It is my understanding that the I-129 cases which the TSC is handling at this time are for nonimmigrant workers. I sent my I-129f to the Texas Service Center and I just received the NOA1 today in the mail and it came from the California Service Center.

This discussion has been going on for awhile and I think that going by AILA dates isn't a very good idea. Wait and see if when the USCIS dates are updated it shows any sort of activity from Texas. I highly doubt if Texas starts doing K1's again that any will be sent back from California, that would seem to delay things a lot more, especially if they had to send out notices to all applicants about the change.

Don't live and die by the dates posted at USCIS and AILA. Common sense tells me it's unreasonable to believe CSC could jump ahead almost 2 months in a matter of days.

We are talking about the gov't here. They don't just kick it into high gear to clear out a backlog.

Maybe they transferred the TSC cases back to TSC, or maybe the USCIS employee charged with updating the website came across a random application dated Dec 31st and posted that date.

In my line of work, I deal with our gov't on a daily basis. My philosophy: Keep your expectations low and you will never be disappointed with them.

K1 Timeline:

12-22-05 I-129F mailed to CSC

12-27-05 USCIS receives I-129f

01-03-06 NOA1 by mail

03-14-06 NOA2 Case Approved

03-21-06 NVC sent case to BKK

03-27-06 BKK Embassy email "no record of my case"
