Timeline

my lawyer contacted me by email on friday 5/13 and said she finally got the fee bills and was going to pay them on friday 5/13..she told me it takes 2-3 to show as paid..so today i log in at nvc online payment and it takes me to invoice and it shows rejected.but on friday i loged in after she told me she had already payd them online and it showd in process and today it shows rejected on the recipet part...AND IN THE INVOICE IT SHOWS NOT PAID.. and my husband contacted her and she said she loged in this morning and it showed in process .and i called nvc and they told me they havet recieved any payment that it takes 2-5 busniess days to show something..im confused is this noraml..
