Casablanca consulate won't even give a visitor visa to men under age 35 who don't have clearly documented immigrant intent. You have a pending IR-1, which indicates you DO have clear immigrant intent. Short of being a member of the Moroccan royal family, I'd say someone in your situation has a 0% chance of getting a visitor visa from Morocco. Sorry.
