I use USPS flat rate Express Mail $29.95 it arrived 1 day earlier than they predicted. Usually 4-5 days. When you fill out the form also write the address on the envelope on the other side, so if the label did get torn off they still know where to deliver it. Their tracking will take it right up to the minute it is delivered. I had to send her my 2010 tax return 1 week before the interview she got it 3 days before. Talk about cutting it close.

USPS Express Mail

+1

I sent a package to Hangzhou through Fedex. My wife didn't receive it for 3 weeks becuase it got held up in customs. The Chinese customs wanted to know what exactly was in the box. Everything had to be accounted for before my wife could pick it up. Oh and the cost was like 10rmb for my wife to get it out of customs but when my wife first went down to get the box they offered to give it to her for 300rmb then she could receive it right away. Gotta love corruption!
