Ive been persuading myself to be patient recently, and convince myself that our petition will be approved around july time. And during a skype call with my fiance today I got an email! APPROVED!!!

I am so deliriously happy!

What exactly comes next?? My fiance is going to be visiting me for a month from next week so he won't be in the US. Thats fine right? I think he's bringing his i-134 docs with him. When/how will we know if our file has reached NVC and so forth?

Heres hoping all my fellow feb filers get theirs soon too!

you call NVC to speak to them to find out if your case has been processed yet, they can also tell you when they ship your petition to the embassy.

there is nothing the USC needs to do now besides gathering the forms you need from them for packet 3 etc

look in your regional forum and search for what is usually required for your consulate so you can get a jump start on the paperwork

now u just wait for NVC to receive, process, and ship ur case to the embassy then wait for the embassy to send u packet 3/ instructions on scheduling an interview
