5 Months today for me and Mav. I called the Congressmans Office this morning to mail Releases of Information and I will Fax back. (This allows our Congressmans Office to intervier and ask whats the hold-up) It may or maynot do any good but TRUST ME, they keep a record of Everytime you Call and inquire about your Petition. My Signed release will include myself and my Attourney and I will let the Attourney make the Call.

I admit I'm Patient about this process. I see October Filers, November Filers with NO NOA2. In see December 80% Approved today. I see January, Febuary, March, April Approved. (A percentage)

Keep in mind: VJ is Only a percentage of Actual Filers. Some Petitioners/Beneficiarys never heard of VJ, there for the Numbers are inncorrect when you look at Igores List and members with VJ not updating a Timeline and therefore: will make it not acurate as well.

Were all in this together and hope the best.

That was my VENT

I know Rosy. It is very very hard waiting and thinking that they have not even looked at your file, but I think your time is coming very very soon. Hang in there!!! I got my NOA1 on November 15 and so did Marjus's girl. I also filed a I129F, which now they say is useless.

My husband and I have a lot of hurdles to jump to get through this because I am older than he is so that makes me even more impatient. I just want a yes or no so we can get on with our lives. But you and Marjus's girl have a real good chance of hearing good news anyday now and then I am sure it will be smooth sailing from here on out.

Keep the faith. I have a strong feeling you both will get the great news real soon.

I am one of those skeptics that dont believe they keep a record on EVERYTIME you call. I was told to call last week to do a service request.. but when i called they said to call this week so i just got off the phone and they told me to call next week before its considered out normal processing.. oh yeah and they are processing Dec 16th petitions for the last month.. supposedly!
