Okay vaccinations first. I have a provincial vaccination record with most of the required vaccines for USCIS. This should satisfy their vaccination requirements and prove I actually got them. But there are a couple of vaccines required by USCIS not listed on my provincial record because I got them from my family doctor. Would a vaccination record from my family doctor along with a short note from him indicating that I did, indeed, get these done be acceptable at the medical?

Secondly, I want to visit my fiance soon but we might be getting our NOA2 before my trip date. I fly out in early June, about two weeks from now. Today VSC indicated that they got our RFE response and are now reviewing it. I can't gauge how long they'll take with it because VSC has been slow to approve RFEs. Is it an issue if I visit my fiance in the US after we get the NOA2? I can't imagine it would be any different from an NOA1 but I just wanted to make sure.

Thanks.

When I did my medical in Toronto at Dr. Seidan, they were fine with the yellow booklet that the Dr. writes in all of the vaccines. I also got a record from the Public Health department in my region as a back up. Which ended up working out well because it had a shot that wasn't on the yellow booklet. A note from your Dr. should be fine, and if its not, you may just be required to get a Titres test to prove you've had the shots.

As for visiting, as long as you can prove ties to Canada, have a return ticket and have never really had trouble crossing, you should be fine! I crossed before and after my NOA2 and it was business as usual.
