When my fiancée applied for the K-1 visa she put down her FL address as her permanent address on the I-129F and all other documents. I passed my interview and entered the US 4 days ago. My fiancée got accepted into medical school 2 months ago and now she will be re-locating to GA to start school, I was wondering is there any form or way that i need to notify the government that i will no longer be living at the FL address and will be at the GA address for the next 5- 6 years. Your help is highly appreciated ! just a few quick notes, i have not applied for EAD or AOS or SSN. I entered america 4 days ago. Thank you

You submit the address change on Form AR-11. You can find it and the instructions on the USCIS website. You don't have to tell them ahead of time but once you have moved you have 10 days (I believe). It's in the AR-11 instructions...

Your fiancee/wife will also have to tell USCIS of her address change too as she will be your I-864 sponsor.

Your fiancee (and her mom, if she ever moves) will need to file a Form I-865 within 30 days of moving. I'm not 100% sure, but I think both (I-865 and AR-11) can be done online at the USCIS site. In the worst case, they can be downloaded and mailed to the appropriate office per the instructions.
