Finally we have an interview date.. I am so happy!! I just want to thank all of my friends on here for helping us get this far, it has been such a long road.. now just the interview is left for the moment.

Now I have to get all the papers he is going to need and take them to Nigeria the last weekend of May. Please can anyone tell me what you sent to your fiances? I know what is needed for the most part but any and all advice is appreciated. Also, does anyone have the papers like the DS papers or where I can find them? Or does anyone have a definitive checklist? (I'm a checklist kind of girl, I like to be organized).

I would also ask that you just keep us in your prayers, that everything will go smoothly, GOD is in control but your prayers are welcomed. :))

That's great! Congratulations! Hope it goes well.

Along with the necessary papers (financials, application, etc) I sent additional evidence such as phone records, IM, emails, pics, The officer asked my fiance if he had the IM and emails with him which he did but he did not look at them. But the officer did look at our pics and phone records CAREFULLY. The forms you need can be found in with email about your interview or you can go here.

You are almost exactly 1 month ahead of us on all your dates, so you give me SERIOUS hope!!! I have been trying to gather all our docs too & WOW we need a dump truck for it all. Good luck on the interview & safe journey!
