NVC choppy line when calling

i tried to call nvc today but all i am getting is a choppy line, i heard 1 word every 1 minute and nothing else going on..

is anyone else having this issue? i tried from 2 different phones, including land lines and also through a voice service online

I just got off the phone with them and the line was clear. The woman I spoke with was choppy and very un-helpful but I could hear her saying nothing at all very clearly.
