Okay I am ready to send off my AOS package but before I do

I was reading that you are only required to send Last tax return and you can send in all three optional

Now I the last 2 years before my most recent I made under the poverty line so therefore I do not think my last 2 years is going to make my most recent tax year look good which is 2010 recent

Should I just send in my 2010 tax return???? and leave out the other 2??

and if yes I should, what should I type in my AOS when asked for my last two years gross income N/A or what???? or should I go ahead and type in all 3 of my tax return gross income and only send in my 2010 recent tax return which i made over 20,000 dollars..???

09- i made 12,000

08-i made 10,000

see why i think they will not make my case look good plus i was on unemployment during these 2years that is why my income so low..

please help thank

Send 2010 Tax returns or transcripts and currant income. Avoid 2008 and 2009 if you can but have them if asked. With the 2010 returns have documented proof of Income. You know, letter from employer, rate of pay, INCOME. Over $20,000.00 annualy meets the requirements.. Currant Income is most important and if 2010 is looking good then your looking good.

My understanding from reading the boards is that they really only care about your CURRENT income and meeting the requirements. I would fill out those numbers as asked (all 3 years) and then submit the 2010 tax return, plus paystubs, employment verification from your employer too (just ask HR to print out a statement of your current annual salary or rate of pay/hours). Don't let those past years scare you. Just be confident and provide plenty of proof that right now you DO make enough to support your spouse. :)
