Hi everyone,

I recently got married to my wive (she is a B2 visa holder, we didn't plan to get married before and her I 94 still valid until mid June. while i am a US citizen). We just want to double check on the forms that we need to send to USCIS

1. G- 325A

two forms, one for me and one for my wive. by the way, still got confused is it both of them G 325 A or one G325 and G325 A? and which one for me to fill out and which one is for my wive?

2. G - 1145

3. I - 130

4. I - 485

on Part 2. Application Type, which option that my wive has to tick? Is it H. Other basis of eligibility and what information should we put there? Or is it another option that she has to choose, since we get different information on this one.

5. I - 693

6. I - 765

7. I - 864

Is there anything else that we need to add? Thank you so much for the response.

Looks good to me. Some people include a cover letter - but I didn't since it doesn't state so on any of the forms and nobody ever mentioned it, either.

If you look at the instructions for the I-485 under "initial evidence," #10 - it says that you need to submit form G-325A, one for the petitioner and one for the applicant.

Some people also submit I-131.

I-485 part 2 is A.

G-325A for you, (2) G-325A for her.

Lots of additional proof, not just the forms themselves.

There is a detailed guide up top in the "guides" section.

Good luck!

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

after i re-read the instruction for several times, i guess you are right, it's A. by the way, when u filed the AOS for your husband, was your husband at the same status with my wife now? i mean from valid b2 visa?
