I filed for my Indian Fiance'e in June this year, recieved my NOA1 on June 16th...and thats it...no communication after that. i have seen other ppl who filed around the same time period, recieved and sent their IMBRA RFE and a few of them have already recieved approvals, from CSC...while I am happy for them that atleast they got somewhere, makes me feel Jelous at tha same time. I keep emailing the Stupid CSC and their response is something like the following message below,which frustrates me even more...tried getting hold of my Congressman and he says the same thing NSC tells me after i wait for hours to talk to a live person....is anyone else in the same boat as me, frustrated and no RFE yet....looks like they lost my petition....I feel like....huh.!!

" The California Service Center (CSC) does not accept inquiries from the general public via email. All inquiries must be submitted to the National Customer Service Center by calling 1-800-375-5283. The National Customer Service Center will route your inquiry to the appropriate USCIS District Office or Service Center , and will track your inquiry to a final resolution. If you've received a transfer notice regarding your case, please inform the National Customer Service Center at the time you submit your inquiry. The National Customer Service is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, PST."

5/31/2006 --- Mailed I-129F (K1) to NSC

6/02/2006 --- Received by NSC (NOA1)

6/14/2006 --- Check Cashed

6/19/2006 --- Received NOA1 by mail from CSC

9/20/2006 --- Recieved RFE Notification Via EMAIL

9/25/2006 --- Recieved RFE in Mail

9/25/2006 --- Returmed RFE via USPS

9/28/2006 --- RFE Recieved at DHS

10/02/2006 -- RFE Status Updated

10/16/2006 -- APPROVED..!!

4-18: I-129F Sent

4-25: I-129F NOA1

6-23: I-129F RFE

8-27: Sent RFE Reply

9-15: I-129F NOA2 FINALLY!!! Thanks be to you lord!

9-19: NOA2 by postmarked in snail mail (rcvd' around the 22nd)

10-12: Received e-mail from the NVC stating they recently forwarded our petition to the consulate! =)

10-17: Consulate received petition from NVC and mailed out packet 3 & 4

10-25: Johann collects Packet 3 & 4 from embassy!

10-27: Return information to the embassy!

11-7: Received Packet 4

11-28: INTERVIEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE DID IT~ APPROVED

12-1: Visa Picked up from Embassy

12-23: Johann is coming to the STATES! Yay!

3-17: It's a GREEN Wedding!!!

Same here. We filed on June 2nd to TSC and it was transfered to CSC on June 14. I received the NOA1 by mail on June 20 and nothing after that.

Not hearing anything is the worst part.

No IMBRA RFE, no notices, no touches, nothing.

Jan 8, 2009 @ 8:18PM - Our son was born tonight !!

July 11, 2009 - Certified Mail to VSC I-751 Package

July 14, 2009 - Check cleared bank

July 20, 2009 - NOA1 & 1 yr extension - Receipt date is July 14. Case# assigned

Sept 1, 2009 - Biometrics completed

Nov 25, 2009 - I-751 is approved. No Interview.

Dec 14, 2009 - 10yr Green Card arrived !

I filed July 25th and received July 28th after NOA1 on August 8th.

Nothing else, just be prayerful and love to ALL.
