DS 230 help

So im filling out the DS 230 form and there is the section where it requires the 'spouses' information.. Is my American Fiancé considered my 'Spouse'?

Do i fill these parts in with his information??

Seeing as we are not yet married he is not my Spouse.. So uhh.. Lill help? Pleeease :)

Hi there! Its a bit confusing also in that the DS230 is for an Immigrant Visa and the K1 is a non-immigrant visa, so I'm not totally sure on this but I have seen on the VJ Forum that some of the forms are multi-use and you just put 'None' for the spouse question if you are applying for K1. We are not yet that far down the track yet. Did you get the DS230 in your Pack 3?

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number

I have checked out your posts and you have been given some good advice... that applies strictly to NZer's. You've got your NOA2 so things are looking pretty good - I'm so pleased for you. Dont have fb but I'll message you.

I agree the forms are overwhelming at times, I used the example form link to guide me. Also asked people who are from the same consulate for their input. This part of our journey is almost over....keep a postive chin up!
