Im very sorry to hear about what happened to you. Could you say more about your case so we may know what exactly went wrong with you? Are you a male? Because usually they put males of middle east under AP with reasons unknown. But you say that they have sent your case back to USCIS? what could it be? Did you try calling them yet?

Did you have your interview at the Riyadh embassy?? Ill have my interview there too and its making me nervous!!

I am so sorry for that! When did this happen? I dont know why do they have to deny spouse visas. Thats very heart breaking :(

Let us know if there was any specific reason why it was denied.

I spoke to a guy aIin the immigrant visa section at the Riyadh consulate. He told me that the CO was not convinced that a true relationship existed between us. He is 9 years older than me, we are the same religion. The only red flag I see is that I was married b4 and have a child from that marriage, but he was not married b4. this is very normal. I have contacted my senator and asked him for help.

Filed: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Country: Pakistan
Timeline

In Middle-Eastern countries (SA, Oman, Dubai, etc), I think in general, if you are not that from country that it's very very hard to get approved for a visa. My cousin, who lived in Oman, for many many years, applied for a visa and was denied and they flat out told her she would have had more luck if she was Omani.
