I guess it depends on your case and what Info they have to Adjudicate? each case I would imagine is different i suppose and also your Adjudicator working on your case...lot of variables!

What does that mean when its "touched"? And where can u see that? when i check my case status it says "inital review"

I see that other people who get touched get a notification by text or email...isn't that right? And I guess touched means they did something with your petition?

u can see that when u creat an account at the USCIS website!! everytime your "last update" date changes, it means u've been touched!!

How do you create an account?

Go to USCIS Home page.on the left you will see check case Status.You only need to click on "Case Status". When the page comes up, scroll to the middle of the page and you will see" Create an Account" click on it and then enter your case number and you can receive Email and Txts sent to you,when they touch or Update you case! Thats it!
