I know you didnt want that RFE but I am sure it is a minor detail...Whatever it is, send it to them Quick and you will have your NOA2 in a few days! We will be congratulating you soon!!! hey all!! wow, it's been a while!!! I've been reading previous posts and I missed a lot of things! lol!

I've been very very busy lately and also trying to change my focus a little bit, trying not to think about the visa too much cuz this waiting was driving me mad!

First of all I would like to congratulate all those who got their NOA2!!! YAYYYYY!!!!! i'm happy for you guys!!!

And Jesse, I know getting a RFE must suck, but at least it means they're working on your files!! You're almost there! Good luck!!

Aaaaaand, also, I wanna say I'm totally down for that meeting!!! It'd be awesome!! My fiancee is from PA, just like Nicolettte!

Keep the faith everyone!! Good to see everyone's getting along so well! That's great! =)

Hi Erica, How have you been? I see you been busy, I totally understand. Keep in touch so you wont miss anything.I am Glad you will be attending our get together next Year.....Yaaaaaayyyyaaaaaayyy!!! You also in PA Like Nicolette? I am sure you guys will meet up soon? Thats great you guys will be in the Same State!... No one that i know is in California or close to me! Anyway i love my May filer Family whereever in the USA they are! OMG Erica, your NOA1 date is after me at VSC and your case is being worked on already. That's SUPER fast. Now I gotta go check my case again. lol That's REALLY good news. You'll get your notice soon and get it back quick, they usually approve within a couple weeks!!!

Oh...you should update your timeline too when you get a chance. It helps with making the stats a little more accurate. So excited!

On the facebook group that the March filers started, I asked everyone how long it's been for their waiting times in between NOA1-2, and most people from the VSC are saying around 115 days. Ice and I are at 69 days. Hmmmmmmm

Hey. I heard the same. Its taking little under 4 months at VSC. I'm coming up on my 90 day mark soon. Hope I at least see a "touch". I also heard files are normally touched around the three month mark. Not sure how accurate that is... good luck to everyone waiting approval. Its coming slowly but surely...

i just feel bad right now i wonder what we did wrong, because i know why did include everything. If we would need more proove about this relationship, i will laugh! we didnt look for this, i didnt wanna fall in love with an american don´t think everybody on VJ can say that.... we just met by chance 5 year ago ... but whatever will happen, aaron promised me we´ll be together no matter where...so if for some reason that wont work out he will just come here.

i think i just need to relax though! its been only 74 days since NOA1 so i should be very thankful to have heard something from them at all! i guess....lol..tryin to stay positive here. i´ll let u guys now what will happen...hopefully soon!

dont worry an rfe is not a bad thing. look at the bright side, theyre on your papers now we are also expecting for an rfe.

Lea don't worry. Maybe you forgot to check a box or something small. It's insanely rare to get denied at this stage. Love you girl!!
