Even though I've already received our NOA2, here's an update in our case. Amy went to the DFA to renew her passport today. She, being the smart woman she is, requested rush processing. She'll have her new passport around August 1. Yea!! Now, back to reality... still nothing from NVC. I sent a copy of our NOA2 to nvcresearch@state.gov. I called later and asked how long I should wait and was told by a somewhat rude operator that there was no specific time frame; that it takes longer than a few hours to research. At that point, I was thinking like Bill Engval saying "here's your sign."

Hang in there Ray..NVC working slow by the Posts I see!! Keep bugging them! It will happen!:thumbs:

Since i like to party i hope every day someone is getting a NOA2 from today on in our group :)
