Currently.... they have issued Ice the incorrect GC and we have tried 4 times to fix it. First time they had us send it to the incorrect address. Second time they said we used an expired form, which was the form they gave us. Third time was "oh sorry we lost the last page, can you send it again?." Fourth time is the gov is shut down. Will this ever be corrected in time for Ice to get the permanent GC? Stay tuned to find out. T_T

Niing i cant really give you accurate info on that! maybe someone else that have more knowledge about the process could answer that.I dont know! maybe just wait and see if U get a RFE? then at that time you send in the corrected G-325 Form? I am sure someone will be knowledgeable about that. "GOOD LUCK"!!:thumbs:

i think you have to wait for an RFE before you can send em anything because they will give you some sort of special envelope or something. but im not sure.

im also expecting to get an RFE :bonk: i wish i knew this site before we filed our petition.

Niing, i Agree with Rynnie, I dont think at this point you can send anything directly to the VSC. You will have to wait and see if they send you a RFE about it.And if they DO, like Rynnie says they will give you the Appropiate Address at that time to send it to. Dont worry if they do it is just a "small" delay."Keep the Faith"!:yes::thumbs:

Hey guys! Just thought id say hi to my vjay family. Havent been here in awhile. Too busy of misery being away from my baby. :lol: Thank you for the support guys and I am following y'all advice. Right now I'm trying to keep it positive. And it's a lil funny because this situation we're in brought me closer to Lord God.. :) I know He will make a away. I know He listens to sincere hearts... My baby will have his surgery before the month ends and I can safely say I am not that scared anymore.. I still have "those" thoughts but I am not scared anymore. :) I know God will be with him on that day.

By the way, Happy father's Day to all the wonderful Daddies and soon to be Dads here in VJ and all around the world!!! You know any man can make babies, but it takes a REAL MAN to be a father, and Dad. Have a blessed Day everyone! :)

Thanks SouthCal!!! We're doin okay! Just got off the phone with my baby. We'll have a skype-date tonight. I have a surprise for him today for father's day. :) My baby is the BEST daddy I've ever known just like my grandpa. He reminds me so much of him.. (RIP Lolo) And I'm too blessed to be part of his life. :)

Oh I had a dream the other day, I dreamed about receiving a text message from USCIS. NOA2 approved!! It was a vivid dream.. Cause normally, I won't remember dreams but it "felt" so real! But I've thought about some things. First of all, I shouldn't be the one to receive a text message from USCIS, It should be him! Second why sooo soon? :unsure: I checked the status of our petition online as soon as I get up and it says the same thing still and no "touch" either. I told myself It was really just a dream. :rofl:

@Britt I had the SAME dream a few weeks ago!!! it's so frustrating when u wake up!!! lol!! I wish you all the best at your baby's surgery!! you guys will be in my prayers!
