yep numbers are going down :( I am also scared to get RFE...i filled out the petition for my fiance because i have better handwriting but he signed it? can that cause a problem?

also i am still wondering about affidavit of support :)) I just read on the instructions that my fiance for my interview does not have to give me anything about taxes, just statement of the bank and the employer....i am wondering now would it help to show at my interview a statement from my bank, showing that i can support myself in the states at least for a year?

i am about to go crazy, the wait and all these questions :-)

I'm hella worried about the I-134 and advocate of support because I just BARELY qualify and my fiance's country doesn't typically accept co-sponsors. :(

Currently.... they have issued Ice the incorrect GC and we have tried 4 times to fix it. First time they had us send it to the incorrect address. Second time they said we used an expired form, which was the form they gave us. Third time was "oh sorry we lost the last page, can you send it again?." Fourth time is the gov is shut down. Will this ever be corrected in time for Ice to get the permanent GC? Stay tuned to find out. T_T

Anything like that would certainly help your case in the embassy interview. Even though you say tax forms are not required for your case, I would have them anyway. It's better to have something and not need it than to need it and not have it.

It is dependant on him to show he can support you here since he is the petitioner. If i were you, i would include in the documents sent after you guys get the NOA2 is the most recent year ITR along with several paycheck stubs along with your bank Statement and Employer letter.it is better to be prepared than get put in AP because the CO needs something else from you guys!

Timelines will fluctuate a bit, one way or the other. After all, it is based upon how quickly other VJ'ers update their timelines. My timeline date has been holding steady the last few days. I'm now at 117 on Igor's. I'm happy to see that I've broken the 120 mark.:dance:

Missing my baby... (L) It's been 11 months, 8 days, and 23 hours since the last time I saw him... :( And his doctor just confirmed that there's a mass on his kidney that needs to be removed. He's having a surgery in two weeks... And I can't be with him on that day and take care of him after the surgery... :crying: Can this get any more stressful? :(
