You must be looking at the Berkeley list on one and the VJ list on the other. I am 50 numbers off about myself on these 2 lists. 228 on VJ and 174 on the Berkeley.

Okay, let me settle something about the lists. Everyone seems to be mistaking (in my mind, at least) the two lists. If you look at the web address for the list hosted at U.C. Berkley you'll notice that one of the server folders is titled Igor. I don't know what the other list is because I always used the one hosted at berkley.edu. Lower list numbers just seem to give more hope. :)

Current Status: Married on March 3, 2012. Preparing for AOS.

04-04-11 I-129F sent via USPS Priority Mail

04-06-11 Delivered to Dallas Lockbox - signed for by J. Arthur

Currently.... they have issued Ice the incorrect GC and we have tried 4 times to fix it. First time they had us send it to the incorrect address. Second time they said we used an expired form, which was the form they gave us. Third time was "oh sorry we lost the last page, can you send it again?." Fourth time is the gov is shut down. Will this ever be corrected in time for Ice to get the permanent GC? Stay tuned to find out. T_T

Same here. Saw couple of people got approved after my noa1 date. Im hoping my file is at someone's desk and maybe I can be approved by this week. Still got 2 more days to go. Good luck everyone.

For the past 3 nights i've been having dreams of getting approved!! I'm so nervous as we're getting closer to approval date (according to VJ, of course)! I'm afraid we won't get approved and I'll be really frustrated! But I'm trying my best to think positive here! For all of us!

Was waiting anxiously for our NOA2, but received an RFE for evidence of intent to marry. We included our signed statements, photos, airline tickets, etc.

Any advice?

For those with prior RFE's, how long did it take approx to get your NOA2? (I know it depends on what info, but just approx).
