Oh yea. Mine moved a bunch too. I'm.now at 155 on igor list. I might be getting RFE but I'm still staying positive. I'm looking forward to the RFE too so I can get past that and onto the approval. Goos luck everyone.

Why do you think you're getting an RFE?

Well I hired a lawyer for the process. This was of course before I found VJ. He did not ask me to provide him with any proof of meeting in two years. After reading many post here its my understanding that it'd very important. so I think since my lawyer did not do his job I would get RFE.

Currently.... they have issued Ice the incorrect GC and we have tried 4 times to fix it. First time they had us send it to the incorrect address. Second time they said we used an expired form, which was the form they gave us. Third time was "oh sorry we lost the last page, can you send it again?." Fourth time is the gov is shut down. Will this ever be corrected in time for Ice to get the permanent GC? Stay tuned to find out. T_T

Yep. I am now worried about about the 134. I am just barely over the poverty line. Work was real slow last year, and my work is temporary/contractor thru a union. So its on again off again. Same employers usually but people get confused by that. They do not understand I work a week at a time for high pay then I am off for a bit then back to work again. They think something is wrong and I cannot hold a job. Hopefully when I explain it they can understand.
