Hello

I would like to check if I have everything what needs to sent with fomrs - required supporting documents for I 131, I 864, I 765, I 693. I am applying for adjusting of status from B1/B2 visa due to my marriage to US citizen.

I 131, copy of my passport, bio page and visa page, explanation, fee 445$, G 1145

I 864, copy of federal income tax return, including W-2s for the most recent tax year, self employed copy of my wife's schedule C,D,E or F form from your most recent federal tax return which established your income from your business

I 765, copy of I 94 front back, 2 photos passport style

I 693 - envelope from doctor

Am I missing something please? thank you in advance

If you are adjusting from a B1/B2 visa, you are required to submit the I-130 form, petition for alien relative, $420 (the US citizen fills this out) and the I-485, application to register permanent residence or adjust status, $985 + $85 for biometrics fee. These are the main forms involved with AOS from non-immigrant visa process. You probably know this already, but since they were not in your list I thought it would be best to mention it just in case :)

when you file the I-131 with the I-485, there is no fee for the AP application. You will only pay the biometrics fee and the filing fee for I-130 and I-485.

03/31/2011 - Day 28 - Successful walk-in biometrics done

05/12/2011 - Day 70 - EAD Arrived, issued on 05/02

06/14/2011 - Day 103 - E-mail notice: Interview letter mailed, interview scheduled for July 20th

07/20/2011 - Day 139 - Interview at Federal Plaza USCIS location

07/22/2011 - Day 141 - E-mail approval notice received (Card production)

07/27/2011 - Day 146 - 2nd Card Production Email received

07/28/2011 - Day 147 - Post-Decision Activity Email from USCIS

08/04/2011 - Day 154 - Husband returns home from abroad; Welcome Letter and GC have arrived in the mail

("Resident since" date on the GC is 07/20/2011

I know about the forms I 130 and I 485. I just wanted to check if I have everything whats necessary with those 4 forms...

But thank you anyway. Im just double checking everything cause all these forms are pain in the butt :D
