K1 Medical and then AOS medical history

I am in the early stages of my K1, my papers were just recently filed and its going to be some time before we are approved.

But in the meantime, I would like to get the ball rolling on the things to come.

For instance, I was going through the requirements for the Adjustment Of Status form. It asks for the medical history.

I'd like to accumulate all the medical history documents as soon as possible.

I've also read that certain things resulting from the K1 visa can be used as part of the AOS application, atleast with respect to the medical history.

Can someone explain to me how this will work. I like to have this knowledge up ahead so that we can keep in mind what documents will be needed later on in our process (for AOS and then later in Removal Of Conditions).
