Yeah, I thought so.

Tho I definitely would pay some $$$ to watch the whole Lord Of The Rings trilogy in 3D.

The money certainly plays a part. Mind you, without severely abridging the book and its character, how many installments do you think it would take to tell the story?

Two the most.

I'm not sure, but I checked (since I haven't read it, got bored after 5 pages or something...) the Hobbit book is like one of the LOTR books, so if the three made to three movies...

I saw Hobbit. I liked it :)

Tho I still don't understand why they split the book for 3 movies...

The Hobbit was written around 15 years before the LOTR and is more of a childrens book.. The Hobbit movie writers took great liberty in making the movie flow better with the LOTR trilogy tying the two together in ways not done in the books and adding a lot of stuff of importance in the Hobbit movie that was not. significant in the book. I was a big fan of the books but I find the movies kind of slow.

I saw Gangster Squad this past weekend and thought it was outstanding if you are a fan of the Godfather, Untouchables type of movies.
