What a coincidence! I got the itch to revisit Flash Gordon after watching that movie! So there, the last film I watched was Flash Gordon. Death to Ming!!!

I didn't care for it. It felt terribly dated. Sure, it's a low-budget movie, but still... I was not impressed.

No way! George Romero started the zombie trend with this movie and c'mon a black lead guy in the 60's, that's ahead of it's time!

Speaking of zombies... I watched a hilarious cuban film about a few months ago, Juan de los muertos (Juan of the Dead). It looked gritty, low budget and a total opposite of "hollywood". The actors are not only unknown but they are dirty and unattractive, it's awesome!
