Does anyone know a Civil Surgeon around DC & VA who only charge for signing the I-693 without a requirement of another medical exam. I have called most docs. that is inthe USCIS list and they are expensive! :-( Any suggestions is appreciated..

Cost: $50 (Just for transcription with all vacc's up to date)

UPDATE: Actually we went to Dr. Satar Ahmadi today and he was great. He charged $40 for the Tetanus and $50 for the paperwork. Total was $90. Also, he no longer is at that address stated above. Google his name and you will find it.
