Anyone With RFEs at VSC Getting Approved?

I was watching the timeline and noticed a lot of people with RFEs at Vermont are still waiting to get their approvals. Most noticeably there are a lot of November RFEs still waiting. Has anyone gotten an approval after an RFE at Vermont and just forgot to update their timelines? What about those who got RFE'd by Vermont? Has anyone gotten the acknowledgement that VSC has received their response yet?

I see VSC is pumping out approvals for clean petitions, which is great. I hope they go back and clear those with RFEs soon...

I was wondering the same thing. It appears that VSC is not looking at RFEs. We sent our RFE response (a very simple request for a passport photo of myself)on April 20. VSC confirmed receipt on May 2. Nothing since. We filed originally in October. Look how long we have been waiting. There are 4-5 others with RFEs before me that have not been approved. One guy has been waiting since he got his RFE on 3/22 and got VSC receipt e-mail confirmation on 4/5 - nothing in over a MONTH.

This really scares me and doesn't bode well for us. I am so physically ill, broken down, and depressed by the process at this point.

It seems they are pumping out clean petitions, probably to get their timeline stats up - why should they slow down by looking at RFEs of people that filed months and months ago? :(

It is very trouble because if you look back at old RFEs, most were approved in roughly 3 weeks from original e-mail notice of the RFE. This appears to have increased dramatically.

That was what I was afraid of. So many people with RFEs, many of them minor mistakes and problems, being held back for no good reason except for VSC to pad out their numbers. I am very disappointed with VSC's actions. Hopefully those of us with RFEs can get our approvals so we can move on with our lives. This feeling of being on hold and waiting for USCIS is horrible.

Count me in... I recently got an RFE... we have not received the hard copy yet and we are so eager to reply to it. It's pretty hard and frustrating.

As my fiance said: We got to have faith! :) Let's pray for us that we will be stronger as we are dealing this hitch... BTW, may I ask what else should i give as proofs? If i have to send a 2 year memorabilia, LOL, I will :)

NO1 - Dec.13, 2010

RFE - May 20, 2011

God bless us all!
