Timeline

I am a student going for MHA this fall to USC ,I RECENTLY GOT MY VISA DOCUMENTS BACK FROM MY CONSULATE IN India BUT SOMEHOW THERE WAS NO BROWN ENVELOPE -THE DANGER THING WHICH EVERYONE SAYS HAS A STAMP SAYING ' NOT TO OPEN THIS'.

MY PASSPORT WAS IN A PLASTIC THING AND THE DOCUMENTS WERE STAPLED IN THE PASSPORT WHAT TO DO????

I M CONFUSED....DOES EVERY ACCEPTED VISA HAS DOCUMENTS IN THE BROWN ENVELOPE??

That's because you're on the student visa, which is not immigrant visa nor fiance visa (K1).

Only immigrant or dual intent visas have the brown envelope. Check to make sure you have your visa in your passport and your I120

And turn off your all aps, it is like you are shouting at us

If you are not immigrating then I don't know why you think there should have been a brown envelope in the first place.
