NVC didn't receive my Ds 230

I sent my dad AOS and DS 230 together. I sent both AOS and DS 230 in different envelope but i put both in one fedex envelop and sent to NVC.NVC generated REF for AOS but says didn't receive my DS 230.So i am wandering what happen to my dad DS 230.Did they lost it , throw in trash as i sent them together or sending me back to sent with corrected address. Please advise me anyone who had come accross with this problem. I will be greatful .

i hope you made copies, send another one of the ds-230,send what they ask for,in the RFEenvelope to that address,

I am having exactly the same problem than you. when we talk to an operator they say "don't worry if you sent in it is on the building and give us 20 business days to process it". When I listen to the recorded message it says they have received and I have to wait the 20 business days and bla bla bla. They emailed me 6 times asking for my AOS (same situation than you, my husband sent both packages together!) and when I email them they reply me saying there is no record of receiving my documents. Today I emailed them the proof they received them. (got it on the usps website!)

I am so pissed! I will reach my 20 business days on friday, I will wait and see what happens! Hopefully they havent lost it!
