08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)

USCIS: (92 days)

My guess is that the cases approved between 6/15 to 6/30 would be bundled and sent to NVC around 7/10. We should have good news next week - patience and positive approach are virtues.

Sorry, but you can not save DS-230. You will have to redo each time and check it thoroughly.

You can download and install CutePDF. And then you can print your finished DS-230 form into CutePDF as a printer and it saves the printout as a PDF file. This is not exactly "save" the file as once you do that, the result file can not be modified or filled in any more. But at least you have some file that you can print or send to somebody.

Did you send an email to nvcresearch@state.gov with a copy of the NOA2 and full name and date of birth of both beneficiary and applicant! If not yet done, first call and talk to an operator and then send it out today.

There is another packet to be installed. Find it on CutePDF web site. Do not use the Pro. But of course you can pay to get the fully functional Pro.
