I just found this on the London medical information:

Why I am being asked to schedule the medical examination when the Embassy has not yet scheduled the visa interview? The medical results will be valid for 12 months and it will help to speed up the final processing of your application if we have received them before the visa interview, however, it is not compulsory.

My guess is that the cases approved between 6/15 to 6/30 would be bundled and sent to NVC around 7/10. We should have good news next week - patience and positive approach are virtues.

Can you send the DS-3032 via email before NVC generates their copy? I was under the impression that you had to wait or it wouldn't be accepted.

Download DS3032 form from USCIS website fill it have your spouse sign it, then scan the form and send it to NVC. I followed this and NVC accepted it without any issues plus it is faster than sending them a physical mail.

always in your email body include

-NVC Case Number

-Beneficiary Name

-Beneficiary DOB

-Petitoner Name

-Petitoner DOB

if you forget include this then NVC will reject your DS-3032. let me know if you need any other information.

Just got an RFE for the IV payment which is already being sent, so I think that's a good thing. Also, medical on Monday. Is it true that you may get an earlier interview if they have medical exam info already at the embassy?

You will need interview letter for you medical, that is how it works in India I am not sure about your country.

I checked with the London medical place and they're fine with it, as long as I have medical form, immunization records, police cert etc. I think it differs between country, but the UK allows scheduling of medical as soon as you get NVC #.

Yes, you are right, you can book the medical in London as soon as you have your case number. I got my case # yesterday and I booked my appointment today for a week Monday. I could have had sooner but I wanted an afternoon appointment because the rail fare will be cheaper. ;-)
