I got my both the cases linked and moved to Chennai it only took 2 days, also I paid the AOS Fee.

Whats the next step ?

If you (your foreign spouse) have not yet sent DS-3032, then arrange to send the DS-3032 email ASAP, so that it can be reviewed by NVC and the IV fee bill can be available for payment. Once your AOS fee bill status changes to "PAID", print the cover sheet and send your AOS packet along with the cover sheet to NVC. Same os the case after IV fee bill status changes after payment.

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS

My guess is that the cases approved between 6/15 to 6/30 would be bundled and sent to NVC around 7/10. We should have good news next week - patience and positive approach are virtues.

i call yesterday to USCIS she told me that they send it my file on july 19th.

today i got email from NVC they told me your petition was sent to the NVC July 19th.

now my question is how long i have to wait get my case# & IIN ?

Call NVC using your CIS case number and you will get the factual information - your NOA2 was quite early, so you may get your NVC now - call.

I paid the AOS yesterday, but the money hasn't gone from my bank yet - when is this gonna happen? God love my hubby, but he's terrible with money and I want to make sure it goes to NVC!

Realised today that all I had was a short birth certificate, so getting a long one is needed. Had to order the priority one today because the normal service only operates on the 15th of each month. Bloomin inconvenient!
