Look on page 5 of the 485 instructions.

485 instructions.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

For some reason I'm not seeing where to send this package, I'm sure I'm looking over it, but I could use a hand at the moment, getting kind of frustrated, thanks!

You have to send it to the Chicago Lockbox, this is the address:

*if you will use the U.S. Postal Service:

USCIS

P.O. Box 805887

Chicago, IL 60680-4120

*if you will use express mail or courier deliverers:

USCIS

Attn: FBAS

Im sending mine today and I want to be sure. If Im sending priority mail return receipt requested through the US Postal Service, which address do I use? Im assuming the one that isnt a P.O. box?

it doesn't matter which one you use if you send it USPS. If you send it FedEx or UPS they will only deliver to a street address. I sent USPS express to the street address. Some people do to the PO box, doesn't matter.
