Sorry to hear that setherwyn :( That's terrible :o the DS-3025 is so hard to get. There's got to be some way they can help. After them losing a medical I'd send it certified mail.

WOW! Search the posts on here, this has happened to other people, hope things get worked out for you!

I was transferred Nov 21/11 to CSC...still no greencard, no interview appointment. I am traveling with my AP card at the end of May, hopefully my greencard appointment or card production does not occur during that time!

Oh the joys of the immigration process!

Keep positive, enjoy your day!

Lise

Today I called USCIS and went in circles with the first agent. I think I frustrated her so she finally transferred me to Tier 2. The gentleman was friendly and I felt he tried his best to help me out. He is putting in a service request, but told me to still be patient because service requests are not always productive. He also commented that almost ALL cases transferred to CSC are sent back for interviews...this goes against what I have been reading. I really don`t care if I have to have an interview, I just dread anything happening during the time I attend my daughter`s graduation. He also said that my approval can be anytime between 2.5 weeks & 6 months......wow!

Well...here`s to hurrying up and waiting again lol.

Other than that life is good & I really look forward to seeing my daughters and grandchildren at the end of the month...its been a long 7 months!!!

Take care,

Lise

Driver's license has been earned!

It was the best trip to a DMV/BMV EVER! Two women got kicked out for causing ruckuses, one Indian immigrant failed her test because she didn't stop at any stop signs, one man had to retest for medical reasons and kept wondering into the wrong rooms (I don't even think they let him drive) and I found out that during a motorcycle test, the deputy does not ride on back. And my honey passed...success!

He still scares the ####### out of me though because he waits so long to start breaking.

On May 10, 2012, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a "green card") or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application.

Today was our AOS interview, wow, it was more intense than I expected. The focus of the USCIS officer was our age difference (I am 45 and Jen is 22) that was not what I was expecting. I was also surprised that she didn't ask for the completed vaccination record, (damn it! we paid a lot of money for that signature..) but like a good Decemberite I provided nothing that was not asked for. I am happy and very relieved that we have a 1 year 10 month break from this process. I would like to point out that our interviewer was VERY impressed with both our I-29F and the AOS packet, she stated: "I wish others where this organized" it's a credit to the December 2010 Decemberite's but I won't mention any names (Mari, Dizzy, Bec, Lise) Thanks you.

Now we are just wishing the best for the rest of our crew and if we can be of any assistance please contact us. You guys are awesome!!

The hubs and I are finally going on a honeymoon...woo hoo! Short and educational, but at least it's finally a trip more than 2 hours away

We are off to Washington DC because he loves history and I love converting people to my political views. Maybe we'll run into a few senators and I can tell them what I think needs fixed with immigration

Go figure, after being transferred to CSC, 6 months later we receive notice of another RFE!

Guess in a day or two I will know, or should I simply stay in Canada, where I am really liking it!
