As for the real advice, as far as I can see you haven't done anything either illegal or likely to prejudice your new petition. However, if you want to try to stay here and adjust status, I think your only course of action is to consult a good lawyer to see if that is indeed an option.

It would be nice to think that anyone who has done this in the past and can offer some personal experience of what happens in this scenario can post same. From the looks of this thread though, anyone who did so would be witch hunted, which is a great shame as part of what makes VJ interesting is reading about what actually happens to real people going through the same experiences.

Anyway, just to say, I wish you all the best with what ever action you end up taking.

No one will post that has done this, in the manner in which the OP is asking, because it's not possible to do, with current immgiration law. A K-1 is prevented, by statute, from marrying anyone other than the original petitioner with an eye to adjusting status while in the USA. She'll be able to marry, while here, but she will have to return and file for a spousal visa.
